RN516 Stuck Booting...Updating FW (FW 6.6.0)
I have 2 identical NAS516's and upgraded them both yesterday from 6.5.1 to 6.6.0. One of them upgraded with no problem and the other is now stuck (about 18 hours) saying "Booting... Updating FW". I C...

Hi jah313,
It appears the issue you have described requires assistance from the engineers and/or higher tier who can remote in to the NAS and fix this from the backend. It shows on your records that you still have chat support warranty, I suggest contacting support center and can get one of the engineers take a look at it.

I'm having the exact same problem that jah313 is having. Im unable to open a support case currently because chat is down, so if anyone can shoot me the resolution to this I'd really appreciate it.
