RNDX4410 - Does not boot

When I start my NAS the LCD screen just says "Booting...". Has anyone seen this before? I've tried to do a factory restore with the same outcome.

  • I'm looking for other users with the same issue. I'm sure this isn't the first NAS to suffer from this issue.

    My suggestion is to contact Netgear tech support while you are waiting for responses.

    Thanks mdgm. I have swapped out all drives already. I will try the drives from another NAS to see if that works.
