Rsync backup fails

I have another issue. It seems that rsync copies all files every time the backup runs. However, it should do that only once (first time) and later only copy the differences. I did a bit of searching on the matter and it seems that rsync has a bug with NTFS and FAT systems. See ftp://ppp.samba.org/pub/unpacked/rsyncw ... vings.html
There is a workaround by setting the option "--modify-window=1"
But I don’t have access to those options since the backup is configured through Frontview. Is there a way to modify the parameters rsync gets through the Frontview backup tasks?
