RSYNC connection to Deltacopy Server
I am trying to setup a Backup job using RSYNC to pull data from a Windows 7-64 PC. I can get the Deltacopy Client to push data to the NAS, but I can not get RSYNC to connect to the DeltaCopy server...
I remember having trouble doing just this - I think in the end I had to create a local user account either on the PC or within DelatCopy (and checking 'use authentication').
I just tested it here and could reproduce your issue until I noted I hadn't actually created the 'Test' virtual directory. Once I stopped the service, double clicked on add directory and entered the path after restarting the service I was able to successfully connect to the VD.
Do you have anything in your 'DeltaService.log" file?
