Setting up subsonic client

Hello, I have a ReadyNas RN102.

I want to be able to stream media files to my Android phone over the wider internet while I'm not on the local LAN

I've installed Subsonic through the Genie+ marketplace

I've installed the Subsonic Android client on my phone.

What server address do I use? And for the username and password, is that my ReadyCloud login info I use?
