Setup RN Alerts to send message to O365 account

Hi guys,

 

I'm trying to setup ReadyNAS alerts to be sent from mailbox1@domain1.com to mailbox2@domain2.com.

However, I'm getting this error: "Cannot send a test message. From address is not accepted by the server. Check From address settings.

Both mailboxes are hosted in Exchange Online. 

Could you please advise what is wrong.

  • You need to be using an SMTP server on the NAS.  Are you using the settings here?
