Have you run the memory test boot menu option for a few passes?
If you reboot your NAS and can access the UI again, can you download the logs and email them to me (see the link in my sig)?
If the NVX hardware has issues and you were to get e.g. a 314 then support may be able to guide you through a procedure that may help.
