Shares lost
Hello,
My ReadyNAS system reported the following message (using mail):
The on-line filesystem consistency check detected problems with your data volume. Please ensure that you have current backups of all valuable data and reboot the system with the volume scan checkbox enabled to do a full filesystem consistency check and repair.
I started to copy my data but that stopped very soon.
I was no longer to access my shares.
Then I rebooted the system with the volume scan checkbox enabled but my shares remained unaccessible.
I am using several Windows system like Windows Vista and Windows 7. None of them allow access to my ReadyNAS.
Raidar (4.2.25) tells me the 4 disks are not available, volume size is 0 Mb. On the NAS itself, it reports approx 30% is still free.
How can I access my data?

From what you have said I gather your data is not backed up.
You could contact support and consider purchasing some support to look into this. If you open an online case please attach the logs zip file to your case.- CAJGAspirant
Correct, my latest backup is a out-dated and I would like to keep the files on the NAS.
When I try to obtain the log files using OS4 for ReadyNas Pro 6, it indicates that there are no log files available.
After trying to Download All Logs
it only shows "Empty No Support".
What is my next option?

Could my problem be the same as https://community.netgear.com/t5/Using-your-ReadyNAS/lost-all-share-access/m-p/956107#U956107
There is mentioned to use SHH to restart Samba (I am not familiar with these tools/services).
It is also mentioned to do the same using FrontView, but how?
