The best suggestion that I can provide at this time would be to backup the information through an initiated connection, then remove the LUN and recreate.
The best practice with the iSCSI LUNs is to use only the amount necessary, plus a little grow room, until you need to expand further. This is due to the fact that you can expand, but not shrink, the LUNs on the ReadyNAS.
