The reponse from Netgear support team !
I just got a return from our engineers. Unfortunately the spin-down is not meant to be used with a cloud application. This one uses a service that will constantly check for updates. It may be put in the future an option to create a programming, but for now it is not yet planned.

Hello gdeguillebon,
Have you tried reflashing the firmware? You may also want to try the beta firmware 6.8.1 or 6.9.0 and check if it will make any difference. I would recommend to have a back of the data save on the NAS before further troubleshooting.

I believe you have an option to roll back to the latest official firmware version if in case the beta firmware did not address the concern.

my concern was about this WARNINGS:
- Devices updated with 6.9.0 firmware should not be downgraded to earlier firmware versions.
So if you can confirm that there are not effects to rollback, ok I will perform the update otherwise I will wait the official.
