Slow Speed Through Readynas Remote

Appreciate you getting back to me yes my upload is also around 512kbps although sometimes hits 712kbps, maybe I am expecting a little too much from the unit. To answer your question no we are not sharing our wireless although we both are on the same ISP, I would never share wireless anyways, no I have just set up two hidden shares on my nas got one visible folder with guest access enabled, many thanks again for the link to tweak my mtu settings, I am also considering turning off encryption as a test to see if it makes any difference, I understand though that by doing this I am transmitting unsecured data, bummer
