Snapshot use place on RN316 but no snapshot in timeline

Hello,

 

I have a space problem on my RN316 (FW 6.4.1).

I have no snpashot in timeline but i see snapshot use a lots of space on my RN316.

Some manipluation to delete them and get back my disk space ?

  • The snapshot upgrade has completed so you should be able to see your snapshots to delete them if you want.

     

    I think the newest one is from back in June this year.

     

    Once you have deleted the snapshots you wish to delete and have got volume usage below 80% I would suggest you run a balance. I would also suggest then setting up a schedule to run defrags and balances to run weekly.

    Usually there is a list of shared folders on the left side of that screen.  Did you create shares on the NAS?

     

    If so, are you looking in every share?  Do you see any snapshot counts under the share folders on the left pane?

      Hello,

       

      Thanks for your reply. I have some share active on the RN316 and nobody has snapshot.
