just another option for ya...i use a wdtv live device with a little mini usb wireless dongle and it has played every single format i have thrown at it with no problems from my readynas. you can get the wdtv live device for around $85 + $15-20 for the mini usb wireless dongle. if you want to spend like 10 more dollars you can get a wdtv live plus device which lets you stream netflix as well.
