What firmware are you running?
Are you using share mode security or user mode security?

Firmware version is 4.1.16 (which is the latest per the update screen)
My security mode is set to "Share" with a workgroup of "WORKGROUP"
All of my shares are set to "nogroup" for the primary share.
As mentioned, some shares work and I can't get to others on the same NAS.
Thanks in advance for any advice you can offer.

Another data point that may help with diagnosis.... when I try to delete unused shares, it will not let me choose "apply" and delete the shares. I can create shares, but can't delete them. Does that help?

Share security mode was depreciated by Netgear quite some time ago. OS updates have allowed it to remain if it was selected before the depreciation, but I do wonder how much testing Netgear did on later OS updates with that mode. BTW, share mode was depreciated because of issues between it and Windows (esp. 10), so that may also be a part of your problem.
Migration to User security mode is probably your best first step.
