Streaming options NV+ v1?
Hi! I'm new to readynas after I got the unit called readynas nv+ v1 (figured out since it is the silver chassi). I've setup the machine and it's seems to work at least when i'm connected with my...
I downloaded AVPlayerHD on Ipad and OPlayer Lite on iphone. FTP Stream with subtitles works great on both devices except when trying to airplay to AppleTV3.
From Oplayer (Iphone) airplay will only show a music note and audio on TV no video. The video will still be shown on iphone.
From AVPlayerHD nothing happens on AppleTV3 when trying to airplay only audio appears on tv. Video and subtitles is still only shown on ipad.
Airplaying from the built in ipad/iphone video seems to work.
I tried mirroring the ipad with airplay and played the movie but the picture was hacking and not as smooth as when running witout mirroring.
Is there a way to get AVPlayer to do airplay with subtitles to Apple TV 3?
Have apple put limitation that only the video app that comes with iphone/ipad can do airplay?
