stuttering blu-ray
Having stuttering problems with my setup, I have rn104 with blu-ray iso files, router is linksys wrt1900ac and media player is kdlinks a300 with gigabit port. Running all cat6 cabling. trying to narro...

A Blu Ray can be as high as 40Mb/s but that should be well within your 1000Mbit link.
First, double check that your ports are actually going to 1Gb/s. Not familiar with your models but you'll find the info somewhere.
Then, transfer an ISO file to your main, fastest HDD (possibly an SSD) and see how much time it takes. See what Windows says as well. You should get a good idea of transfer time.
Finally you can try the NAS performance tester downloadable here
