Uh, surely you mean the 280KB large file. :) What model and region is your Sony BDP? We actually advertise the file as both MKV and an MPEG. The Sony is choosing the MPEG resource. If you could stop minidlna and start it with the -d option, then PM me the output, that might be interesting.
