I have a similar setup, I use synctoy in windows to backup to my main NAS, and then a weeksly rsync job to a second NAS.
In your case, you can use syncoty, or some other backup software to backup the windows computers and maybe TimeMachine for the MACs (not too familiar with MAC myself, sorry). And then create a weekly backup job to the Stora on the DUO (remote CIFS/SAMBA server)
