Support for Ready NAS

Is there a place I could hire someone with the appropriate skills to help with an at home set up?

I’ve never used my ready NAS properly. The telephone support was dire. This forum was great but prob my lack of tech ability means I’ve still got issue with integration to Dropbox and my Samsung tv. Would love to get my storage seamless once and for all
