Support mode - Support number
Hello, i have take an unswer to my FTP problem "I think the best way is to set the box in tech support mode, provide me the support number, then I will reinstall a clean OS for you to solve this.

My new problem is that i have done everything it says, where is the support number?
Now is open the Power light and Act light and my Nas could not do anything!
RAIDar should show the tech support code.
Presumably someone on the forum or Netgear support told you to put the nas in tech support mode. You must have a line of communication open with them, perhaps you should use it?
