Buy Gbit switch which is capable of Jumbo frames and you have it covered ;)
I personally have Netgear GS608v3
Your setup should be connected all with cables though to get maxximum out of it.
Setup itself is pretty straightforward:
Then enable Jumbo frames on your NAS and Laptop, after that sit back and enjoy... :)
I wouldnt recommend that one, as some users have had problems in this forum with that combo and also TP-Link is "infamous" for not supporting Jumbo Frames above 4k...
