the share directories are lost in RN314

Hello , I am using RN314 . This morning , I noticed that the share folders are not visible to limited users computers in the network but only their home directories are visible .Also Admin users can...

    No.  Active Directory might have affected the troubleshooting, which is why I asked.

    Are you seeing any warnings about a full root volume in the NAS web ui or logs?  Also, how full is the data volume?

     

    Have you any familiarity with ssh (Linux command line)?  This issue can probably be fixed with ssh w/o a factory default.

     

    If you aren't familiar with it, you could engage paid netgear support - they can likely fix this this remotely.  If you ok with it, we can check to see if the OS partition is too full.  If it isn't, there is a tool you can use that probably will solve the share problem.
