Time machine keeps creating a new backup
My TM keeps saying it can't verify backup and needs to create a new one, not sure on the gap in between a new one being finished and the next but it's not long and it takes 2 days to create it so effe...

Oh my God this is so confusing please can someone help I have just spent the last hour trying to do the above fix but I can't even get past step 1 in these instructions on how to fix Time Machine, note I removed my name with quotation marks

I open terminal and put in chflags -R nouchg /Volumes/ReadyNAS/"myname" office’s iMac.sparsebundle
chflags: /Volumes/ReadyNAS/"name": No such file or directory
chflags: "surname": No such file or directory
chflags: office’s: No such file or directory
chflags: iMac.sparsebundle: No such file or directory

I tried every conceivable different command but it won't work or does nothing.. this is stupid why do I have to do all this for a backup!!!I might well get rid of this and get a Time Capsule..
