Time machine keeps creating a new backup
My TM keeps saying it can't verify backup and needs to create a new one, not sure on the gap in between a new one being finished and the next but it's not long and it takes 2 days to create it so effe...

Please note that "censoring" error messages like this makes it much harder to help you :evil:
The clearly error states: "chflags: /Volumes/ReadyNAS/"name": No such file or directory"
So you are not entering the sparsebundle name correctly, however we don't know the name. It appears you have called it something like: "Fred Smith office’s iMac.sparsebundle"
The use of space and punctuation characters in the name is causing the issue - when working from the commandline you need to make it clear, for example, if a space is a separator between parameters, or part of the name.
You can try enclosing the name in double quotes, or you can 'escape' the special characters as follows:
Fred\ Smith\ office\’s\ iMac.sparsebundle
If neither of these 2 options work, then you're going to have to not be shy and show exactly what the sparsebundle name is, preferably by copying and pasting (ie don't type it into post and so potentially introduce errors)
