Transfeer is really slow.. Why?
I just bought my self my second NAS. First one the Ver 1 of Duo. Now i got the netgear readynas nv+ v2. But i got a huge problem With it. Datatransfeer is soooo slow. To transfeer files takes for ever.. but i Guess best way to explain how slow.. is... Well if i open negear in Explorer.. it takes minutes to open a folder. So somthing is really wrong. Somtimes is Works find!! Wish i knew why hehe.
My setup is GB lan, 8 porter Netgear GB switch With Fiber DSL internett 50MB U/D, TV, 2 PC Connected to it and ofc the 2 netgear. Only the netgear readynas nv+ v2 is slow rest perform Perfect. Network is wired. Also my netgear is set up in Raid 5 system. I download to this NAS from all PC. Also i have a bittorrent program that download Direct to this(but this program crash often due NAS is so slow).
So what is it that does this? Looking for ideas to try, so i can solve this.. Else this NAS is useless.
