Go to Seagate's site and they have two options for updating firmware, one a "Windows" (which afaict just reboots the PC in a proprietary, probably Linux, mode) and an .iso file which you could burn to disk and boot the PC from.
Start by going to this link and making certain the update applies to your particular drive(s):
https://apps1.seagate.com/downloads/request.html
Then I think it will link you to where you can choose to download whichever method you want to use.
