I am already doing the USB enclosures connected to a PC - I am looking to get rid of the clutter [multiple enclosures attached to PC] by putting all the drives in single NAS device and forget it! no more enclosures or PC. I guess I am barking up the wrong tree with most mainstream NAS solutions :(
