I'm also having a problem deleting a folder from one of my shares. I followed the steps above to reset the ownership and permissions on the share, and I've connected to it in OS X as admin, but I'm still unable to delete one particular folder. The name contains several special characters, which I believe is the problem. I've also tried deleting the file from the browser interface and it does not work.
The Sharing & Permissions sections of the info panel in OS X says "You have unknown access", and the size shows 0 KB. Any ideas on how I can delete this folder?
