Unable to delete folder on NAS

I am having these exact same issues. I have about 75 users sharing roughly 15 different shares. Whenever files are moved, the permissions don't seem to be set in the new directory.

Also, users have their own files come back as read only after another user who had write permissions, makes and saves a change.
This has been going on for a few years, though as the use of the readynas has increased, it becomes more and more of a problem to constantly reset all the permissions(which fixes the issue).

Why is this occurring? What is the problem with the readynas and assigning permissions? I love the readynas however it is getting to a point that i will have to move to another product if this cannot be resolved.

Both locations are Subfolders of the "Media" I have a Folder called "To Watch" and another called "Watched". When I watch something I move it. SHARE PERMISSIONS on MEDIA = : CIFS: Read Only with Write Enabled users being myself ADMIN1. I can't add Admin as I believe it would by default have access regardless. There isn't any consistancy as Out of the 10 folders I moved in just now, some can be changed ad others can't. Keeping in mind ALL could be changed (as I just moved them). ALL were moved from "To Watch" to "Watch". Why is it that some can no longer be (name) changed and some can. Weird.
