Unable to login readynas remote
Hello,
I have a ReadyNas Ultra 2 and are using ReadyNas Remote (addon v1.0.9.78) to connect from outside the office. It has been working fine until recently we cannot login using the client ReadNas Remote (v. 1.7.6.28) from our Win10 PC:s. I haven't made any changes or updates recently so I have no clue what caused this.
Funny thing is that we can login via the context menu "View Profile" option in the ReadyNas agent's context menu, but when trying to connect using the "Log In" option we get "Incorrect password or ID" error.
I've tried to reboot and I've searched the forums for any solutions but to no avail.
Any tips or ideas are greatly appretiated.

Same problem ReadyNAS Duo with Readynas Remote not logging in.
We enter login details but it just returns to same page, Doesnt give incorrect password or ID, just returns to login page

Hi,
So it's not just me. Good to know ;)
You'll get the error msg if you hoover the red text "User ID" or "Password".Hope someone has any ideas how to solve this.

Hello,
I'm using ReadyNas100 Series and I have the same problem, can't login toReadyNAS Remote Version 1.7.6.28 on window 10.
Yesterday 31/01 it was still working fine, when i try to login via https://remote.readynas.com/ everything works fine.
I allready re installed the app and resetted my password but no help.
Is there alllready a solution to this problem?
