Well, your system should be running 6.2.5 before you have updated it. Can you tell us if the OS of your computer is running x86 or x64 bit? and the version of the MS Office used?

I am sure it said 6.2.XX as a minimum?
Anyhow running Windows 7 64 Bit and Office 2013
