Upgrade 5.3.10 keeps crashing ReadyNAS NV+v2
I recently upgraded my ReadyNAS NV+v2 to 5.3.10 and now it keeps crashing. No log entries or emails. At night it works and my PC backs up to it. Next morning the Disk 1,2,3 LED's are lit, the Activity light is flashing about 4 times/second continuously and the Front panel says "10.76.7.100 Spinning down...". I can't https to it. I can't map a drive to it. If I try to SSH or Telnet to it I get "The remote system refused the connection." which means it's actually doing something intelligent. I CAN Ping it strangely? The front panel "backup" and "Power" buttons are also unresponsive.
If I power cycle it, it boots fine with no reported errors.
I'm running it on a UPS so I doubt it's power related. After my recent Java update I can install RAIDiator either.
Anyone any suggestions please?
Thanks
Andy.

- mdgm-ntgrNETGEAR Employee RetiredTry contacting support via my.netgear.com. If you can download the logs attaching that zip file would be useful.
- fixit9660AspirantThanks for the reply. Which logs are you referring to please? If you mean the one shown via the web browser they just say that the NAS has been rebooted. But I'll open up a Support ticket anyway.
- mdgm-ntgrNETGEAR Employee RetiredThere is an option to download the logs. A zip file will be downloaded if you click that button.
- fixit9660AspirantClicking the button does nothing :-(
- mdgm-ntgrNETGEAR Employee RetiredTry a different web browser. Also it can take a little while to generate the zip file to download.
- fixit9660AspirantAHA! Well thought of you! I was going to install another web browser but then I thought of turning off IE Compatibility Mode and "BINGO!" A pop-up offering the log file download. It did it very quickly too.
Thank you :D
