Upgrade all disks [ReadyNAS NV+]

You are running very old firmware (4.1.5) which was released back in 2009.
I would suggest you:
1. Backup your data
2. Verify backup is good
3. Update the firmware
4. Verify the firmware update is successful
5. Power down the NAS, remove your disks (label order)
6. Insert the new 2TB disks
7. The NAS should automatically do a factory default (wipes all data, settings, everything).
8. Restore your data from backup
I would suggest you:
