Volume Expansion Failed when adding 5th disk - case#19759185

That's unfortunate, and I don't know how that's even possible. I'm pretty sure I started at 4 x 3TB disks.
Maybe I started at 3 x 3TB and did one expansion, but I don't think so.
Bought this unit specifically planning to update to 6 x 3TB drives over time... This is going to be an expensive and time consuming upgrade if I need to backup first.
