volume that does not support permanent version storage
When ever I try to save a Numbers document on to my ReadyNAS Duo I get the above error message I am running the latest firmware 4.1.8?
I suspect you would need a file system that supports journaling, such as HFS+ or ZFS, which isn't an option for your Duo.
Also not an option for the Duo, but I include for others who might be following this thread is creating an iSCSI target on an Intel-based ReadyNAS and formatting that as HFS+.
