Weird Error "ReadyNASOS service or process was restarted."
Over the weekend, I got an alert e-mail from one of our ReadyNAS Servers. It's a RadyNAS 424 running OS 6.10.2
Dec 22, 2019 10:02:22 AM System: UPS UPS1 (CP685AVR-G) battery is low. System will shut down soon.
Very strange, as the server was NOT on UPS power at the time. The server is fairly new and has been working flawlessly.
I decided to go check the logs on it and another server in the same Telcom Room. Neither indicated that they had lost AC Power at any point recently. As it is our primary server, I jave not yet done a 'plug-pull' test yet to see what occurs.
here's the log segment from the unit affected.

Dec 22, 2019 10:02:20 AM System: ReadyNASOS service or process was restarted.
Prior to the event at 10:02, the last alerts in the server were when I rebooted about a week ago to jump start Ready Vault.
Of course I'm concerned that this device may arbitrarily decide to shutdown while folks are busy working (and I willl be clueless as to the issue). I've been using ReadyNAS's right from the get-go and have had few problems..
My real question at this point is
What does this infer "ReadyNASOS service or process was restarted."
and is there a way to find what process or service it was???
Thanks
Jon B

Doanload the full log zip file, and look in there for clues.

The NAS clearly did reboot (the "started background process" says that) , and it also thinks it's on an UPS.. Do you see an UPS in the UPS section of the Power tab? Maybe one shared with another NAS?
