What Is upgrade option for RN316
Hi, We have currently using RN316 network Storage. now its discontinued and no longer support available. can you please suggest what best option is available for the same? is we can transfer data fr...

Netgear hasn't launched a new ReadyNAS product since 2017, so they appear to be quiet-quitting their storage business. If you want to migrate to a new NAS, you'll need to select a different vendor.
You could use the RN316 as a backup NAS (you can use rsync for this, as it is commonly supported on all linux-based NAS).
FWIW, the link in rupindersingh's reply is not relevant, as you don't have a ReadyNAS that runs 4.2.x firmware.
