Where are iTunes server files?
I have a Readynas duo and keep my music in a folder there under media. It's set up with Firefly as the iTunes server for me to access with a variety of devices. I recently tried out several player...
FireFly won't move them, and if a music player somehow did move them, then I'd think FireFly would'nt longer able to find them.
It is possible that you've gotten the permissions messed up, so you aren't seeing all all the folders???
Do you have ssh enabled on the NAS? Since you are comfortable with linux command line stuff, that might be the easiest way for you to sort it.
