Windows 8.1 machine can't see shares on RN104?
Hi, I have a windows 8.1 machine here and it cannot see any shares on my RN104 device. If I either go to \\hostname or \\1.2.3.4 ip address I just get Error Code 0x80070035 saying it can't find it...

It is weird. I'm a windows 7 user, but did connect with no problems using Win 8. However, I no longer have that machine, and I haven't tried win 8.1.
You might try net use next.
"net use * /delete" to delete any existing connections
"net use T: \\nasname\sharename /user:admin" to mount a share using NAS admin credentials. You should get a password prompt.
