Windows Application install from Duo - Permissions ?

The original install file set on the PC install's fine (it's what we are using at the moment), and I've coped it over to the both NAS boxes several times in total so I've no reason to suspect that there is an issue with the data. Also is you browse directly to the file, it opens and starts to install.
