Is the issue occurring with other devices and/or apps?
What is the firmware currently installed on the XR500?
Does your ISP router still have its wifi enabled?

Hi,
Sorry for not getting back earlier, I have the router at my country house.
No the problem is only occurring when using facetime via iOS. I use Teams and Zoom via computer and work fine.
The firmware installed is; V.2.3.2.66. The IPS only installed a fiber box, no Wifi or router.
