few more questions from RD. please help to confirm. Thanks

# Have we used the same cable for 3 topologies?

R320 - notebook ->1G well

GS310TP - notebook ->1G well

GS310TP - R320 -> 1G failed, 100M only  
# Can we set switch port to forced 1G and not auto neg? In that case will Rukus AP be up with 1G?
# If Rukus AP is using PoE then can we switch to dedicated DC power supply and check whether it comes up with 1G when auto neg is enabled on switch port?

Engineering team hope to know if the link speed is 100M when R320 powered by POE, and link with 1G when using power adapter.
