managing photos

I have had my meural for about 6 months.  I have since bought three for our kids.  When invited to share, the photos i share go into a playlist. how can these photos then  be moved out of the playlist and onto the canvas.

The only way we have found to do this is to give each other the log in for each canvas.

We just want all of our pictures in one area and have the meural cycle through them.  I dont want to have to pick a playlist when i want to see other photos.

I just want them all in one place, so i never have to do anything but enjoy the images.  I even have some of your free to me classics in the mix.
