The ProSAFE Plus Configuration Utility, which no longer will load on my Win10 machine and is also eol, had a "refresh IP address" feature that would trigger DCHP refresh in case the switch was on the wrong subnet. When I found that the ProSAFE Plus Configuration Utility v2.7.8, newly installed, would not run on my Win10 machine, I ran its apparent successor, the Netgear Switch Discovery tool v1.2.103. It has a nicer UI, and I get that you're trying to move users to the switch's web GUI for most functions. But there's a bootstrapping problem. My switch was on the wrong subnet, and the Discovery utility has no feature for triggering DHCP refresh that I could find. I had to manually trigger DHCP refresh by powering down/up the switch. So, please add a DHCP IP address refresh to the Discovery utility.
