GS1xxE - two VLAN feature requests

Got 2 requests that could improve the .1q VLAN features on the "Plus" switch line:

 

-Descriptions for VLANs - this would be super simple to add, I would think.

-InterVLAN routing - less simple Smiley Happy

    Yes - descriptions for things is always good and can be realized with a little textbox.

    Intervlan routing I dont know what that is so I will not comment on that.
