Ability to have dedicated VLAN for management for GS105Ev2, GS108PEv3 and GS116Ev2 switches.
The GS108T has "Management VLAN" setting in it.

As replied before, these devices were not built on managed cores. The admin access is very basic, a tiny microprocessor, directly exposed to what makes up the LAN does deal with everything.
Simply taken, there are neither the basics not any resources for a more challenging implementation.
These switch models are implemented on unmanaged cores, just a minimum admin overhead was added.
