Restore WNDAP360 and WMS5316 compatibility

With the release of the v3.7.7.0 firmware for the WNDAP260, which in theory only fixed the WPA2 handshake "KRACK" issues, the WMS5316 controller can no longer authenticate the APs. Reverting to v3.6.9.0 restores the connectivity.

I realise that there are newer controllers around than the WMS5316, but it would be nice to not have to spend the best part of £1k to maintain an existing installation. It's a hard sell (at best) to our client.

Thanks for considering this request.

    Hi RonnyAdsetts,

Thanks for posting here.  I believe the engineering team is already aware about this.  However, there is no ETA yet on when will the fix be available.

    RonnyAdsetts,

I believe this is still being worked on. The latest firmware v3.7.9.0 fixed issues indicated in the release notes here.

  • This needs to be fixed ASAP! I have multiple AP's that are failing authentication from my WMS5316 and I do not want to downgrade to a FW version before the KRACK fix was inplemented.
