RSYNC - Add weekly and monthly period

I wish to suggest that the OS for ReadyNAS be improved on two areas to ;

1.   Permit Weekly, Biweekly and Monthly RSYNC backup jobs to be scheduled. At present only possible up to 24 hours Max,

2. Allow the Power Options to allow start up the NAS device on a minute by minute basis, instead of just by each hour. The old FrontView allowed minute settings for auto startup and shutdown.
