Which Netgear switch product line, and even more the model line you are referring here? Consider to add some screenshots to your proposal to describe things better.
The neither the tagged "Smart Managed Plus Switches" models nor the "Smart Managed Switches" product line models have a [Save] button to my knowledge. Web config changes are applied automatically to the running and startup config.
