Just to clarify, the original post is about MAC address Table, nothing to do with POE.

 

I would like the ablity to see the MAC address table or search it like most switches.

 

You say that these products are based on the Broadcom BCM53128

 

I googled and found this data sheet.

On pages 63-64 mention reading, writing and search the ARL table.

 

After reading the relevent pages, I think it would be posible to list or search the MAC address table. Even if its a hug preformance hit I don't search MAC addresses often so it would be worth it.
